How it works

Create a task from text

Log in to your Jira account
Select a text and click the right button
Click “Create a task” from context menu
Choose select project, choose assignee, set/change issue title, write/change issue description, set a due date, based on the project settings select issue type (task, bug, story), priority, unit, etc.
Click “Send task” button

You also get a link in task description to a place of origin.

Create a task from image

Log in to your Jira account
Select a text and click the right button
Click “Create a task” from context menu
Choose select project, choose assignee, set a due date, based on the project settings select issue type (task, bug, story), priority, unit, etc.
Write task title and description if neaded
Click “Send task” button

You also get a link in task description to a place of origin.
